You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched. Once your order has left our facility, it cannot be cancelled, but you may return it in accordance with our return policy below.
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, sealed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at info@oliveaira.co.uk with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
